What we provide

travelbymotorcycle.com, operated by Multigate International Limited, trading as Travel by Motorcycle (“we”; England and Wales company number 02709003), is a referral and comparison service. We publish facts about motorcycle tour operators and rental companies and link to them. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell travel, take payment for travel, or form any part of the contract between you and an operator. We also publish general guides. They are general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice, and must not be relied on in place of confirming requirements with the operator, your insurer or the relevant licensing authority.

Accuracy

Facts are read from operators’ own websites by automated means and re-checked periodically. We work to keep them, and our guides, current but do not guarantee that any fact or statement is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Confirm prices, dates, inclusions and requirements directly with the operator before booking.

Your booking is with the operator

Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, insurance, safety or service matter is between you and the operator under the operator’s terms. We accept no liability for an operator’s acts or omissions, for the condition of any vehicle, or for any loss arising from a trip.

Some links are partner links for which we may receive a commission. This never affects the price you pay or the order in which operators appear.

Use of the site and its data

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. The database, its structure and the text of this site are protected by copyright and database right and belong to Multigate. Automated access is permitted through the documented API within its published limits; other automated extraction is not.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with the site is limited to [£100].

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
